Welcome to NOVOMETAL d.o.o.,
the exclusive distributor of the KURUM STEEL, and thank you for considering us your steel supplier.
NOVOMETAL d.o.o. has established and over the time expanded its business cooperation in Serbia
and Montenegro and the neighboring countries in the Balkan region. Our customer base includes
commercial, industrial, highway, residential and non-residential building contractors, steel service
centers, railroads and building material dealers.
During the year 2008, we have imported approximately 25.000 tons of profiles and rebar,
mainly for the needs of the Serbian market, but also for the rest of the Balkan region.
Our main activity includes importing of finished and semi-finished long steel products.
We distribute a wide variety of these products:
All of our steel products are in accordance with the following international accreditations:
EN 10080, DIN, TUV, AQA, ISO 9001, as well as the attest from the local authorities such as Croatia.
Besides the import, our company’s activities also include export of steel scrap through
our contracted scrap suppliers. Through our network we have organized the export of approximately 150.000 tons
of scrap from Montenegro and Serbia.
As NOVOMETAL d.o.o. is located in Novi Sad, it is a gateway to the whole Serbia,
Hungary and Croatia, mainly with the railway transport, but also the river transport by the river Danube.
Using the best logistic opportunities between the factory and the customer, we have been achieving
our goals in this region.
As one of our main goals we considered the export into the European Union,
which we have achieved in the year 2008, by exporting a variety of our products to Austria.
